If ur tummy is out and figure is becoming bad in shape then go for pranayam 1 hour daily, walking half an hour, avoid using too much oil, ghee, egg etc

do the following asanas (dwichakrikasa, padavritasan,surya namaskar,triknonasan,markatasan,nau kas ) meditaion,pranayam 1 hour daily, walking half an hour, avoid using too much oil, ghee, egg etc..

I think you must do enough exercise and also have a healthy diet and not heavy diet.

of different countries, like Japan amd ondonesia. See the murals and sculptures of India where The Buddha is depicted with calm and serene and a beatiful figure with out tummy....Who told you? just see all the sciptures all around india,, weather in bodhigaya or in sanchi,,,,in all the sciptures you will find budha is in great shape with calm, no big tummy anywhere.Budha had a great figure its a misconception
try YOGA ASANA from yoga book , under suitable guidence...Use very low healed slippers. Then dont eat junk food. Be a good girl...Dear Nasha,Please check ur daily diet and for reducing ur tummy , pls and ull come back to me again for some other remedy...if you want to reduce the best way to reduse your tummy do pranayam by swami ramdev, pranayam is one of the best ways which has no side effect
