The best time to perform PHYSICAL YOGA [Hath Yoga ] as well as SPIRITUAL YOGA
is morning 5 to 7.3 A.M.
However,
For a YOGI , keen to perform SPIRITUAL YOGA only does it at Night from 10 P.M
to 2AM.
However,
for sukshma Yoga exercise like hip rotatin , spine rotation, arma & leg rotations , etc
can be performed any time as per demond of the physical body subject to other
suitable conditions.
