Aap 6 am ko empty stomach 30 to 45 minutes yoga asana aur 10 to 15 minutes pranayama karenge toh aapko aachhi sehat prapt hogi....Dear Neel !The best time to perform PHYSICAL YOGA [Hath Yoga...] as well as SPIRITUAL YOGAis morning 5 to 7.3 A.M.However,For a YOGI , keen to perform SPIRITUAL YOGA only does it at Night from 10 P.Mto 2AM
