Dear SHIRISH !
As you know that there are three types of time (tenses)
Past present and Future.
in these the main which is responsible for tension is PAST.
If you will forget your all the past then you may become happy, or if you will try to live in present then youbecame happy and another if you think possitive for you future then you will be more happy. So Let you live always in present.
Although it is very difficult to forget your past time but this always make you very Sad.
Suppose if your son had already past at the time of birth then what can you did for that time. if he passes away for more after two years then what do you do.
All these thing always make you SAD.
try to live in the present. worship to your god. never try to remember your past.

Hellow sir,
Now a days death is comen word.

we dint overcome from this and nobady can stop our death in this earth.

Sir heare what i am saying is there is no dath for soul, The death is only for bodys.

The soul is alive always and it go out from one body to another body.

in this birth he is your sun now he is another son and also you are also like that and all humanbeings and all animal also like same.

Dear shirish, All what happend with you is real sad thing. Loosing a son means a lot to everyone.. I think, the only thing that can heal you and get you back to a normal and happy life is not any YOGA technique.
Just Wake up one morning, accpet the fact that your son is not with you now on.. Make a Promise to you that you will spend the rest of your life with courage and same energy level.. because.. somewhere.. around you .. there is your son.. who can see how happy and independent you are.. even witout anybody

The worst grif as per our shastra is considered for a man,,when he sees his son dead,,,,,,,,you are passing through the kind of grif that none can understand,,,no yoga ,or any other therapy would work nither on you nor on your wife,
only worship of eashwar,,,do welfare work in the name of your son,,,,make his memories alive in others eyes,,,
I pray to allmighty to give your son a space near him,,,,n give you n your wife strenth ,so that you could continue your rest of journey with the blessings of bhagwan.
