...well then i guess you are still a student i will say SBI will be a good option for youto open the account you will need someone who has an account in SBI for more than a year and an address proof of your of good interest at your savings and also have branch option at your disposal and aATM for sure you cant miss out. choose which is easily accessible.thanx bye...SBI and ICI banks is better for banking

In Noidas Sector-62, Branch Manager of State Bank of India is refusing to Open My Savings Account in his branch, What can I do now?? My All docs are complete..

manager...Pl try to get the reason for refusing to open your account. You can write to them / GM SBI thru their website....you can send a complaint letter to branch manger, cc to GM Banking , and mark a copyu can open an account and if he refuses ask him give in writing that he will not open.be careful to have a witness.u can file a case in the court....easy you have to complain it and reach the branch

i am having a cheque in my name from HDFC bank pune,can i deposite it in any branch of sbi or it has to be submit only in mother branch

It can be deposited in the drop box of any SBI Branch.Make sure the deposit slip has your proper account number....if u r having a account with your name in sbi you can deposit it by filling-premier-cricket-league/...If ur acct. with SBI is in a CBS branch, u can deposit ur chq. with any CBS enabled br. of SBI.thanksashal...u can submit it in any bank branch where u have a/c , the bank wuld then take it ahead
