surely help you dear
first you have to start with domestic process with some banks .what you have to do is visit some banks and ask them if they require outsourcing , if they does , u need to invest something for land and fixtures or you can even rent some place and then contact any consultancy for candidates . then start managing there . and dear you may have to suffer loss for 2-3 months but it will start giving output after that , side by side , keep looking for other process , u have to join some yahoo groups for outsourcing ....


my suggestion is : start a consultancy for BPOs , very less investment , related to BPO's , very nice output

Hi..as u belong to hyderabad..so wht i think u will be thinking to put up there...but wht i suggest u is that look out for cities like jaipur n indore...in indore many call centers have been started by local people n they r profitable also...why dont u come up to these cities and consult with all these people...n also u will get cost advantage and second thing skilled english speaking manpower...

the first thing you know....Are you inclined with this type of business?...if not..look for an expert and try to consult about this...there are lots of pros and cons when establishing a business....you should have the expertise so that your business will not end up failures...in short look for a consultant.
