There are several possibilities:
* Initial set-up was done incorrectly. (i.e., You entered the wrong country, ZIP/Postal Code or chose an incorrect antenna, cable, or satellite channel lineup.) To correct this, go to the TV Guide On Screen Main Menu Bar, highlight Setup and choose "Change system settings".
* Your service provider has not yet informed industry sources of their channel line-up changes. (Use the Channel Editor feature to make adjustments).
* You are receiving broadcasts through a modified or boosted antenna system or satellite dish. Use the Channel Editor feature to make adjustments
