There are several possibilities:
* The video window is locked, in which case it always displays the channel you were watching when you opened the Guide. Highlight Listings, then press the Menu button to change the setting to unlocked.
* If the window is already unlocked, either:
# Incorrect program listing information was transmitted to the TV Guide On Screen system.
# The station in question made a late change to its scheduled program listing and the TV Guide On Screen system has not yet been updated.
# You are receiving broadcasts through a modified or boosted antenna system or a satellite dish. Use the Channel Editor feature to make adjustments.
# Initial set-up was done incorrectly. (i.e., You entered the wrong country, ZIP/Postal Code or chose an incorrect antenna, cable, or satellite channel lineup.) To correct this, go to the TV Guide On Screen Main Menu Bar, highlight Setup and choose "Change system settings".
