non- veg is not a complete food. it contains a huge amount of fat and protiens. one has to take vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, and some fat also. one has to take some amount of milk, foods that contain fibre. green and leafy vegetables is a must. one must also take adequate amount of seasonal fruits and juices. the world is shifting towards eating vetarian food. it surely makes some sense.
