CA seems to be the toughest of the two. The reason being two-fold. One, since the course studied at the CA level covers extensively the layers of accountancy, audit and taxation. The exams are more.Demand is since it is only a chartered accountant who can audit the financials of a company... perform tax audits.As regards which is tougher... Both are equally tough......i wuld suggest u to do CA
