Went through your article and found the content very interesting. If this is your style of presentation then i must say that you have got the penchant and inclination. To be a good writer or not is a different thing, as good writer is no one but a bad writer of past. Here i would take the opportunity to show you some mistakes. As your article is available over the net it is better to proof read before posting. Your sentences are too long and in long sentences it is very difficult to maintain the flow and the coherency of idea. (So how you define a travel writer, as a person who is more comfortable when his rate of change of bearings (co-ordinates) is faster than average and he becomes a dry sponge while travelling absorbing every bit of moisture and feels like pouring it over a piece of paper during still hours or may be you define him as gypsy spirit if you are of kinds who like plunging deeper rather than swimming on surface.) This is your opening sentence, that is neither catchy nor appealing nor crispy. No doubt, you have tried very well to begin with a bang but failed. This is not the only sentence that is long, but there are many inside the article. Regarding the article i must say that it has got some grammatical and spelling mistakes.
In all i must say that you have the talent but need to be honed and calibrated to reach to the coveted goal. I wish success and blessing of the deity of white robe on goose to be with ye who will guide ye in scribbling your quill to weave Manhattan of words and ideas.
