it has to be Pune. in all sense, both are twin cities.
Climate is very similar.
both have lot of IT companies. Pune also has many manufacturing units like TA TA / BAJAJ/ etc.
Pune has lot of students where as Banglaore has lot of working professionals. Hence in both cases, Night life is young and also you get many places to stay as paying guest or even get places on low rentals.
both are considered as "After Retirement" City
