I have personally found Mussoorie to be one such place, though it is very crowded during peak season and I often bump into at least 3-5 known people whenever I go there!

Best place in India?........Hum......buddy India is a land of beautiful places, what to visit?, depends on likes and dislikes of your tourist nature, just think once what kind of place u like to visit, put the related keyword in yahoo or other search engines, you will find lots n lots options to spend your holidays in India.

whole India is very beatiful you can choose any one destination..
I like all these places goa, andaman, kodaikanal, ooty,chamba,shimla, manali,kerala,rajasthan j&k .

Goa is the best place. It is a dynamic place. here wil you find Indian, the portugeese, the Russian and almost all the race. The sea beach is first among equals. No need to go to michigan lake, nor to Thames beach, still nor to Bali, our Goa has all the flavour. The more important thing about its culture is that it is dynamic that is every time you visit it, you will find something new.

Good question....needs a lilttle bit of thinking, well in India I can visit a few places again n again....like -

Goa
Srinagar
Jaipur

you can never get bored of sea and night life of Goa..........snow, flowers and srinagar, dal lake will make u feel heaven .............Jaipur, its food, culture and lively music draws u again n again...
