1st of all, you cannot carry your camera in the aircraft with Batteries loaded. It will come in X-ray machine and so you will have to remove. So there is no chance that you can take pictures in the aircraft. For security reason. Otherwise, using flash is not a problem technically.

You got to inform the air hostess in advance, normally they will not allow you to move around. Did u get past the security normally they will not allow it
