Indian Airlines website normally doesn't allow direct print out of eticket. Best thing is either you ask your agent to forward the ticket in your email or else you can get the ticket printed from any of the Indian Airlines office located at the city or airport. Or else you have to find out with which GDS (galileo, amadeus, abacus)system they have created the pnr and you need to have that pnr also (not the airlines one), you can easily take the printout by logging on to their concern website.
