HOW DO I GET TO VELANKANNI CHURCH FROM GOA BY TRAIN.. THE EASIEST WAY AS I HAVE 3 KIDS AND A INFANT TRAVELLING WITH US.?

Hi, Velankanni Church is in Besant Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu & Velankanni is in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu
Go to Goa Airport and take a flight to Chennai. it takes 1-5 hours
Then go to Velankanni Church by car. It takes 26 Minutes for Great Southern Trunk Road, 1/2 an hour(30 Minutes) for Sardar Patel Road & 31 Minutes for Tharamani Road

How can I reach the Adyar Velankanni Church from Ayanavaram?

Road and travel to Besant Nagar via Adyar. The Velankanni Church is at the end of Besant Nagar and can be approached easily from the Besant Nagar Beach [formerly known as Elliots Beach...] side....If you want to use MTC service.The direct bus route No is 23C.which will take you to vellankani church.if you have your own vhicle and want to drive down,then starting from aynavaram take the medavakkam tank

can anyone suggest a train from kerala to velankanni, and corrct route of going there

Some how get to Trichy by Train, then U can have bus / taxi to Velaakanni Church, via Tanjaour. Or come to Chennai by train and to Velankanni by bus....U pls do train journy from trivandrum this train and 11.30 am u can reached tanjore city.here after many buses available for velankanni church.its take 2 hours travel from tanjore.1.00pm u can easily reached ur destination.the same day 3.00 pm
