engineering is also a degree course. equivalent to an ordinary graduation. but you are doing engineering degree course, yes you can do apply in I.A.S. entrance exam test, just choose any subject and do coaching with hard work , and may be you will get a chance in it so just try for it.

For competing in IAS graduation of any University is one of the basic qualifications. If you are an Engineering graduate (B.E.) you can compete.

Yes, you must be a graduate to appear IAS Entrance Exam. You may continue engineering and apply for IAS. But U must be a graduate in ur academc carreer.
