You should take two types of precautions. One for your physic (body). Another for your psych (mind).
For body precaution, see that your body is not too exposed for seizure of cold and dust which may create further complications.
By psychic (mind) precaution I mean, if you allow continuing the habit of nude-sleep from this age (you are 18 at present), later on you will not be able to avoid this habit in spite of efforts. Your new relations (for example when you would be married) may not allow this culture. They might think it as bad culture. Moreover, is there any reason for a girl of your age should be topless after dinner or sleep without cloths. How normally your father and your brothers would take this sort of idea is far to understand. How comfortable would they feel, if in case of any emergency, they have to enter your room?
It would be little hard to accept but true that this sort of thinking and behaviour do not signify normal act. Sigmund Freud, the world famous Australian neurologist and Psychologist (he is better known as Psychologist and for his famous works on interpretation of dreams) once said this sort of behaviour is the expression of unfulfilled repressed desire stored in unconscious mind.
