just follow some female and chase her, if her husband came to ask why are you chasing her just she is married if her brother ask same question this is commonly understood that she is unmarried.
as you block her way and ask by her, she shout and say are suno ji, munna ke papa, ye aadmi kya kah raha hai, no doubt she is married and also have some kids.
if she shout and say bahiya dekho ye aadmi kya kah raha hai, then no need to tell that she is unmarried if she is calling bhaiya.

there is no symptoms for this, its just by vision ..... see for a thalli(hindu), or a metti in the leg , or for a ring in the hand.............. or a kungumam in the forehead
