go on diet,try after six meal,means after six o'clock don't eat na just drink water,and i suggest so will not bored in exercise,go on hiphop exercise,if u heard it,there is dvd of this exercise,if u dont know how to dance,no problem,there is instruction in every step..tats wat i am doing now
