Am e teacher and am teaching big boys who r elder than me.as am smaller i cant control them. how to handle them? how to control them?i want them to respect me.?

first "Change your eye. Look them like that Students"
If they big then you can control by them telling some word in between your teaching period
like you can give example of any past diciplined your students
and you can say them " no age for learning if you will take it seriously and you will work on it defenately you will learn fast but you all need Dicipline" " all of you are elder may be father of a child, Husband of wife etc."
and don't forget if any one doing good so praise them in front of all like a student
and don't give open smile to all
say all that you are like my students or child and i want to make your bright future so please help me.

im not frank with opposite sex what should i do to improve my frankness. how will u rate a person who never talks to his all classmate.

Its depend on Subject, if subject about love or romance then Female teacher is best...male teacher is good for girls and female teacher is good for boys...now its upto u that u have to read or not????????...m...It depends on the ability of Teacher, some teachers are unable to clear particular concept but other teacher can explain it full.So, it doesnt matter that who is teaching, all the matter of way of Teaching.

At what age can I allow my son to browse the net?

mainly teaches the children to learn nature, touch new things and get along with others. There is no need to use computers for their studying. Teachers ability is enough to complete this job however, he to internet right from class one.
