sit down in a chair, keep ur arms stright, sit stright, head stright, little tighten your shoulder, close ur eyes, take a deep inhale & exhale slowly after few seconds hold, do this ten times daily. while doing so, pls think only the breathing than any thingelse. that is enough to relieve stress
