friend try this, first complete your work or submit your work after a effort of completoing it that same day. when u do it satisfaction of hard work will never let u be instress. it prepares u for the next day to complete the task. and in addition you can just take pen ,paper and write wht come in mind then fold the paper without reading and placed it away from your relaxe place. definately you will soon feel better. if try it then plz send me reply. thanks. urs- amit_thoughtful
