First you should know that stress is within only, it wont come from outside. stress will not be at out side. stress will be there in the angle which we see. first we should know the how the stress is. Having a good positive thoughts, good attitude, morning physical excercises, yoga, walking, jogging, games, good nutritious food will help you from the stress. whenever you are in stress try to relax, but it is not that much easy, it is a soft skill. learn first how to relax then automatically stress will diassapear from your mind.
