who says stress can be fought only with medication,its always better to avoid medicines as much as possible,so if u wanna beat stress,meditation and work outs will be much efficient way.sit down calmly and just observe ur breathing for next few mins and u will feel relaxed and plz. dont take up for smoking for beating stress.before u sleep,relax ur body and think of good things and relax ur body and take up exerciseslike jogging,swimming .it will boost ur moral and u will defeat stress.
