Well Naveen! Removal of logos on copyrighted images violates copyright law, and there can be severe penalties for wilful violation. Removing the watermark could be strong evidence of an intentional copyright violation. Watermarks are nearly impossible to remove if they are actually embedded into the video. On some videos, it can be removed sometimes during conversion processes, other times if the converter will embed the watermark and after that it can not be removed.
