Why not? A man can live without sex or as you seem to be hinting at without having sex. But the the important thing is that sex is a part of our life. We feel sexual urge especially during our youth more desperately . Man need to have sex to get offspring in the natural way. As we apply our reason therefore we can control if it becomes a necessity. But it would be wrong to say that most man can not live without sex.

if done with proper love and care , no woman can resist sex . being a woman doesnt mean we dont have urges and needs , its only our social conditioning that we hide our true needs . and who does a man do sex with anyway ? sex is best between two willing partners .

It is not men even women too. But only different is that men exposed themselves for sex urge very easily which women hide. Sex is the must for human being.
