Dear,
A male person who maintains sexual relations with another male person is known as gay.
They are ofcourse capable of having relations with woman as they physically do not have any deficiency ,but psycology they have attraction towards another male generally while living together like in boys hostels etc.

Men who call themselves gay are sexually attracted to and fall in love with other men. Their sexual feelings toward men are normal and natural for them. These feelings emerge when they are boys, and the feelings continue throughout life. Although some gay men may also be attracted to women, they usually say that their attraction to men is stronger and more important to them
