hey man don't worry....you have got big problem though i will suggest to keep cool ... first you said you was operated in 10th right? there was the big mistake, that was neccessory to be operated in child hood only buddy.. the operation was very late... as up till 10th (you would be about 16 years at that time) and your testice was in abdomen till that time so there are likely chances of shotness of spermatic cord as it was in abdomen, but after bringing the testis out of abdomen into the scrotum there is need of elongation of spermatic cord r8. but elongation is not to the required length as you was old. so the pains you are experiencing are might of neurological origine(severe pains)due to stretching of spermatic cord or there may be inguinal hernia. so better go to a homoeopath as in homoeopathy there is medicine for your problem... regular pain killers will not help you much dude.....good luck
