I hope you must have tried Start and Stop and Squeeze and Kegals till now and if you havnt got any concrete results from all these then read carefully what i am telling you now

You have to understand that in Severe PE cases even when you know that you are suffering from PE and want to control your ejaculation by your will you just can not control it. This is the main problem which we call as "blocks" in brain. So because of these blocks you are not successful by self therapy
In fact, there's NO product, exercise, or technique that can stop severe premature ejaculation when used alone. NONE! Severe premature ejaculation is an extremely complex condition the causes of premature ejaculation are both physical and psychological.

dear nitin, u r suffering from a disorder known as PREMATURE EJACULATION. it is most of the times psychological rather than pathological. i recommend u following exercises that wll definitely help u to solve ur problem -
dont ever think that there is any abnormality in u.
build ur will power.
try to hold the while micturating ( the muscle pubococcygeus is responsible for this & for ejaculation) this will strengthen this musle & help resolve ur problem.
in the free time also try to contract this muscle ( pretend as u r micturating) several times a day.
dont go to jhola chaap neem hakims.
take proper consultation.
this is not a untreatable problem, try my tips u wll definitelly get benefited from these.

Hi Nitin ,This is the most common problem faced by most of the persons who are newly married or who are doing sex without marriage.
In both of these cases the reason is same
Due to overexcitement and mental status of showing off his power to the opposite partner leads to violent sex and so due to such an violent sexual act there is always premature discharge and is very fast as in case of masturbation.In both above mentioned cases you are doing masturbation with penis actually inside the vagina as you routinely do with other means and you have ejaculation within minutes.
