NO its' not safe on other health points. Though safe to prevent pregnancy. One thing must be clealy understood that i-pill is an emergency contraception pill and not to be used as and when you wish. This is a hormonal tablet which changes many things inside womans reproductive physiology. So it should be used only in case of emergency. If on etakes i-pill after first unprotected sex and keeps havingsex afterwards, the chances of protection decreases.

IPill has to be taken within 72 hrs of unprotected sex by FEMALES
males has no use to consume it,
