Dear james,
Sleeping in nude with anybody cannot cause HIV infection even if opposite person is HIV+ve.
You can get HIV infection only if you had sexual relation with the person who is HIV +ve means penetration of penis in the vagina of the female.
So you need not worry about that,but as you have mentioned that you slept with your neighbour so that can cause you social problems and you may loose your husaband's confidence and it may disrupt your married life .So please avoid such a thing and be loyal to your husband only .
It will nullify your chances of being HIV +ve if your husband is not HIV +ve and not having any extramarital relations with anybody else except you.

No there is no chance like that,If you have sex with a person whose is having HIV then only you will get it other wise no chance,Even i used to sleep nude almost daily but iam healthy only.even in day times when iam alone at home i will be nude only

HIV o anyother STD is not communicabl by touch ,.... you can sleep nude with your neighbor or my neighbor or anybdys neighbor .. u wont hav any danger of gting any such disease .. untill u manage not to have sex while sleeping nude in the bathroom ..

Sleeping nude with other person does not cause HIV but if you had the sex with HIV person without using Latex condom then you will get infected with HIV.

sleeping in nude with a HIV infected person cannt cause HIV/AIDS.but chances are there?If u had intetcoursed or deep lipkiss or any work that have the chance of transfering body fluid may cause HIV.in nude intercourse may happen it is better not to sleep.if necessary u may use condom but still risk is there.
