I remember once Princess Dina told men to wear polyester under wear to keep a chek on their sexual desire. It leads to impotency or not men knows better cause impotency has more to do with physical activity than by wearing some special clothed. We girls are told by the doctors not to wear synthetic undergarment specially Bra because it leads to high temprature and thus breast cancer. If this is the you have come to know this then Boys/ men must avoid wearing these type of clothing specially underwear. Prevention is better than cure.

No polyester underwear will not lead to impotence .
As polyester does not absorb your perspiration it stays in your groin and can lead to fungal infections.
