In the first intercourse the vaginal musscles are tight and the hymen is intact so it is quite painfull.
Boy:-
The lubrication may not be proper so it may cause friction and thus rashes may appear on penis. If the insertion is done forcefully then it will be more hurting and painful for both.

Dear Amit,There is nothing to panic about sex for the first time.It is as usual as you first start to speak,walk,understand etc.You can say it is one of the landmark you achieve at certain age ,the only difference is that it totally depends on you when you when you start it.

Mostly it is painful for both boy and girl when they are having thew sex for first time this may be because they are in hurry to do the sex or boy tries to enter his penis before girl vagina being naturally lubricated or in the beginning girl vagina's hole is small enough not to make smooth entry of penis into her. It is also for the boy that he may torn his penis foreskin trying to enter it into girls's vagina and the girl may get pain due to breakdown of her hymen during the first sexual act.

For Gilrs, it may be extremely painful for the first time.. oh boy u need to make your girl really comfortable before you start that.. for boys, not really unless you have a very tight foreskin over your tip of penis and u forget to use any lubricant like KY jelly..
