how much it is small i think his penis will not more then 2 inch, if he feel any kind of problem while urinal, pain just consult any doctor to get confirm.

With out seeing penis it can not be judge out. It may be possible his penis head is affected due to infection. It's better to contacat doctor for satisfection.

dont think it as a structural deformity.....if you feel any problm may consult sexologist....its sise is according to expansion of your penis vasculas, so you dont need to worry.
yes this could be happened if you are unmarried so wait till married this will rollback after doing many time sex relation....Consult a surgeon. You may need a minor surgery.
