It typically depends on the thickness of the fluid...A thick fluid coming out of the nipples is one of the symptoms of breast cancer..ask her to meet the concerned doctor immediately...things can be solved if proper actions are taken in time...so go for a mammogram test to detect any abnormalities in breast..

R ur frnd is pregnant if she is pregnant then.Its normal dont wory.The milk is being prepared in your breasts but don't press it out any more because it will maybe hurt.To be more sure you have to ask your doctor and always have contact with her to follow your case upclose to avoid any sudden things.Take care.
