If your neighbour is already suffering from HIV or any Sexually Transmitted Infection then there is a chance that you too will get infected from the same. Why yo want to have the Oral sex with your neighbour when you have got the healthy husband? Oral sex will not give you HIV.HIV is possible to infect if he man has HIV and you have any cuts/ulcers in mouth.
