I am sure you know that what you are thinking is not right and not proper for a married woman. marriage stands on mutual trust, once this trust is lost there is nothing which will bind the union. think if your husband thinks like this how will you feel. will you tolerate him and encourage him or oppose him. Think how you can make your married life a more happy one and enjoyable one. sex is also a thing in life but not only thing in life. if your neighbors brother starts black mailing you later what will happen you will loose your peace of mind and you will have to play as per his command. don't do like that have happy married life.

Dear ,
You have mentioned that you are married and I suppose you are living with your husband.
So my advise would be not to seduce your neighbour's brother all though he might me sexy ,but that is not good for your physical and mental and social health as even though you succed in making relations with him there is no future of such a relationship and it will end up in sad way when your husband comes to know about it or that persons relative will know about it.

You will disrupt two families at a time by simple mistake and for a fun of while.So please do not go for such relationship due to above mentioned reasons.
