start doing regular physical exercise with weights like bench press and dumbells,best is to join a good gym like gold gym,where u can do weight traibning exercises under guidence of a coach,after medical examination by a pkysician that u r fit to do weight training exercises,u get ur proper diet chart from their diticiane,once u learnt,u can shift to ur home gym 4 maintainance,once ur physically healthy u also becomes mentally strong,as exercise releases endorphine in brain which is 200 times more potent than morphine,and is a natural pain and stress killer,now where is ur problem of prmature ejeculation,u treated it by being busy doing constructive work and positive thinking.
