First i want 2 warn u dat it is completely illegal,and against humanity,hey man its ur sister even if its ur cousin but u shud not cross ur limits,but even if u want 2 do,then first ask her not 2 tell anybody about anything 2 anyone dat what u think about her,try to touch her emotional points by talking,talk about her likes and dislikes,try to know about her feelings for u,if she likes u in the way u want,then u will not have 2 even convince her,but if she completely refuses ur proposal,then stop trying anything at the moment,she might not be the kind of girl u r thinking.
