Does this happen every month or only this month it happened? Did she have unprotected sex? Is she married?

Every month 5 days before the tentative date of periods give her Raj Pravartini Vati 2 tabs twice a day.
when period start stop this medicine and give her next month again the same way.
As soon as periods start give her 2 tabs of Sudha Saptak or Calcium Sandoz (Women) for five days during day time.
