You can only pass an STD if you have received it from another person through anal, oral or vaginal sex. IF you have been with no one else, you cannot pass anything to your girlfriend. However, if she has been with another, she may pass an STD on to you. The norm through oral sex is Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. HIV is rare through oral.
