Did you hear the name of Jhansi Lakshmi bai, Joan Of Arc, Indra Nooyi,Indira gandhi Mother Teresa, Helen keller to name a few? They are all women who by virtue of their self development became immortal .
Self development has got nothing to do with Genders.Perhaps you are thinking that women who work in the corporate offices are the only ones who are self developed. That's a wrong notion you have.
Every woman is a self developed individual. Running home needs more self development than any other thing. In the absence of self development in women. you and I wouldn't have been here.

Self development has nothing to do with the gender. There are women who are self developed than men. In managing the household responsibilities, & bringing up children women show more efficiency. The work outside the home may be better managed by man.

men and women would have a different and biased view on this issue but let me keep aside the bias and discuss about a few things in short. firstt of all keep aside the exceptional cases of men and women, we will talk in general and some basic topics in self development-

optimism- women are more optimistic and look at the positive side. girl build a hope for her parents, mothers always show the brighter side of things to her children and when men lose hope and go towards dipression wives come forward to show them the ray of hope. women look at the positive side of things.

time management- in most families the women get up first in the morning and start off the day with a schedule. men don't get out off bed untill their dear wives keep the tea on their bed side. a little delay on the woman's part in giving the tea or the lunch box would spoil the man's time sschedule.

coutesy and manners- even here women tend to be more soft spoken, humble and cheerful. women would rarely use abusive language which men often use unknowingly.

speaking and listtening- here men are more self developed. men have the quality of talking less and listening more but many women talk too much and excessively. they donot listen to what others have to say untill they say all that is there in their mind. wome even tend to go in for more gossips.

dynamic and adaptable- women are very adaptable that is why a day after the marriage they go to settle in a family and from the verry next day start undersatnding the relations and start chatting and gossiping as if she was born and brought there. it takes time for men to adjust with the new family. sometimes they just cannot adjust even after years.

management qualities- women have a great quality to manage family, household activities, manage kids and simultaneously manage office. after returning from work men are o tired that they sit in front of the TV but soon after returning from work women enter te kitchen and then the study room of the kids.

controling emotions like fear and grief- women are too sensitive to control such emotions. they express these emotions with loud hue and cry. men are self deevloped and can control emotions of fear or grief.

well with these examples i is clear that we cannot say that men are self developed than women. men and women are equally developed. there are certain areas where men are smart and certain ares where women prove poised and developed.

he bare truth is 'yes' women are less self developed than men are. This has been observed that even after they receive a lesson on self development they forget all what they had learnt and come down to their basic if any of their interest has been hampered. They are more jealous than men and more sensible than men even to the slightest of the cause and therefore they are less self developed than men are.
