So far we are let to know in SAWAL section there rae experts in each category and only after scanning the answers given buy the users and checking their quality and relevancy to the question asked the credit points strating from 10 to 1. And there are also some restrictions for if any one puts scrap there would be no point fot them but would get - 100.

Now how many days they take to credit a question is not known exactly. Perhaps when they get at least 10 answers rhen only they start shorting them out.

There are level of experts like advisor, specialist, master , wizerd and Guru. You become eligible for pay out only when you reach the master level.

The person who has asked the question is the final judge because he has some answer in his mind already. There is no role of gurus/experts.

the answers are judged by the ibibo team. they chek the content, quality and relevance of each answer, then they give points for the answers. the new expert programme has certain catagories of points which the team has mentioned in the sawal blog.
they have not mentioned when they would give points. i think they would give points only after 10 - 15 people have given answers for a particular question.
the expert section is categorised into a few stages, like advisor, sepcialist, master, guru and wizard. well, once a person crosses the 10,000 mark he becomes a master and so on..
the role of any expert is to judicially answer to the questions asked and help the person asking the question in the best possible manner. they can also ask question to other experts.

Ibibo's team judges the content quality & gives the points. You can read the new rule in Sawaalibibo's blog, .....Change in ibibo Experts Points System........I think they may allot the points till they get all 10 answers which can be qualified to give pts..... The role of experts is to give answers to questions asked..they can even ask questions. One reaches the "Guru" level, after getting 10000 points....Experts in all level has only one role, to ask & answer questions.

Ibibo's content quality team judges and rates the answers. Please check http://experts.ibibo.com/ which gives the details about it...It may take a few days for points to be awarded.

Gurus or experts are experts in answering questions in their respective categories. As such, they have no role in judging an answer or awarding points.
