SELF-ESTEEM is, how much you value yourself and how important you think you are. It's how you see yourself and feel about your achievements. It isn't bragging about how great you are. It's more like quietly knowing that you're worth a lot (priceless, in fact!). It's not about thinking you're perfect - because nobody is - but knowing that you're worthy of being loved and accepted. To start with, change what you do in order to make yourself worth more — to yourself and others. Make yourself worth more in reality, not just in your mind. Aim for accomplishments rather than perfection. View mistakes as learning opportunities. Try new things but Recognize what you can change and what you can't. Set goals. Take pride in your opinions and ideas. Don't be afraid to voice them. These will definitely help to assess yourself and improve your personal values.
