personality development is something where in we lag with some talents or habbits...which when we explore within our self we find we either have problem facing like stage fear...or communication problem where in we are not able to express our self clearly to othere or lag in self esteem....there are so many things people face and when they know what it is...they develop it and developing one's personality is called personality development.

What a person bears in his approach is his personality. There are hundreds of people who are not up to the mark to be tagged as having good and commanding personality. These sort of people need teaching or instruction in personality development. A well composed, well mannered, sympathetic, friendly etc. are some of the traits of personality development.

Firstly, let me tell you that this question has been asked umpteen times in this section but still is the most relevant one of the lot. Personality development is building personality and making you as the most ideal person for the society. It is directly related to the traits of self development. It has wide application and study and do follow them religiously as to imbibe them to have ideal personality in you.

A person should do all the things very perfectly without much failures. Insuch case that person would be having the quality of using his maximum power for his success. When he meets the failure he must be able to learn from the failure. The person walk, eating and everything should be lession for others. Such personality is developed personality.

Personality is made up the characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that make a person unique. Improving or developing these characteristics will make a person more impressive with a good personality.
