self developmet means your own development, it itself means development from within. it cannot be a show. anything that is done for show is shortlived and temporary.
you may do something for show but you cannot practice that thing for a life time. if you bring a positve change in yourself then let that hange come from within dont let it be superficial if you wish to reap benifits of self development then let the development be from the heart.

it is frm inside..ur inner soul should be inclined to follow the good things in life only then u can achieve the same..show off will not last for a long but if you are motivated from within you will be improving for the lifetime

There is no doubt that it should happen from inside.Self development lessons are ways to improve yourself into becoming a better personality. What is the use of an acting that u have improved, if it could not teach you to be honest. Honesty & sincerity are the first & foremost lessons of Self Development.

It should happen from within ofcourse because if you are pretending to be self developed, one day or teh other, this act of yours will end and you will have to come out in teh front with all your weaknesses and lies. Therefore, one you are at the path of attaining self development, ensure that it is seeping deep within you rather than superficial development

Self Development refers to personal development and it can be both internal and external as looks matters most in our lives. Good appearance and positive attitude are the primary traits of self development and both aspects build a better person in us. If we progresses in this direction then we would be its first observant and the world will respond accordingly with our reformed outlook, both internally and externally. It makes you showstopper by all standards and makes you showman out of ordinary person.

Self development means one's cultivation of the inborn traits. Both the factors work here. Firstly he/she has to have inner urge to develop and should get congenial atmosphere out side. And motivation can be termed as outer force to help one develope his/her personalty.
