Negativism comes from the way you were taught to think at the time of your childhood. Fear factor was the original cause. You must have been told of things that you need to fear and told of things that would harm you, taught of beliefs that might destroy you if you so not obey.
Deliberately clear them off the mind. Strongly say to yourself that this belief is stupidity and no one in the other part of the world or in another religion believe it and nothing wrongly happens to them as you believe about it. Slowly you could come out of all negating ideas.

Tip #1: Take time to focus on the things that you are grateful for.



Do you go through your day feeling beaten up by life? Have you been overworking with little appreciation for all that you do each day? If so, it is easy to get stuck in a negative mindset – expecting that only negative thing will happen to you, and wearing out your mental state with a total focus on the bad things that seem to happen each day. However, the truth of the matter is that you have many things to be grateful for – you just need to notice them.



To do this, simply take a blank notebook or journal and designate it your “gratitude journal.” Then, each and every day, write down 5 things that you are grateful for that day.



What you will likely find in doing this simple little exercise is that you have a lot more to be grateful for in your life than you may have thought – and you will also begin to retrain your focus to see the positive that is happening in your life. When your mind is convinced that you do have good things happening in your life, you will feel less burdened – and that always allows you to have more positive energy!



Energy Tip #2: Surround yourself with images of people that you love.



How do you feel when you are with those that you love? How about when you come home from a hard day and see your spouse or partner, children, or pets?



I am willing to bet that you feel energized – the worries of the day seem a bit farther away. So, bring that positive energy right in to your workspace! Make sure that you have pictures of the people or animals that you love, and take time to look at them throughout the day. When you do, simply say to yourself, “I am grateful for your presence in my life,” and allow that feeling of love and gratitude to flow over you.



Energy Tip #3: Compliment someone.



Pay attention to those around you, and offer an authentic compliment to someone. Offering a little joy to others always makes their day, and it makes your day, too. Try it and see how much better you feel by giving out a little goodness to others!



Energy Tip #4: Get away negative people.



Really. Now. We all understand that being with negative, critical people is nothing but trouble for not only our energy levels, but for creating a better life. After all, the more that you are tuned in to a negative frequency, the more negativity you will bring in to your life.



It is for your best that you limit your interaction with negative people. Find ways to avoid those that are negative, and to be with those that are positive – and notice how much better you feel as a result!



Energy Tip #5: Dream.



What do you really want to do or be? Take 5 minutes to write down exactly what you really desire in your life, and then visualize yourself doing and being that very thing. Make this experience as real as possible, imaging every detail, such as what you will be wearing, how you will feel, what others will be saying or doing, any scents or smells that will be part of this experience, and anything else you think would make the experience real for you.



After you are done, notice the amount of every in your body – it is truly amazing what just a few minutes of dreaming will do for you! Better yet, every time that you do this, you tune your mind in to this very reality, allowing that experience to flow right to you!

A negative mindset causes unhappiness and depression. To overcome this, bring in positive and happy thoughts in your mind. Think about the good things. Try to develop a strong belief and confidence in yourself. Be optimistic and ready to take on the world. Such a positive attitude will certainly help in coming out of a negative mindset. Meditation and reading inspirational literature will help to a great extent.

In my experience/opinion often we don’t realize how much we subconsciously cherish negative thoughts/frame of mind. Sometimes the mind clings on to these thoughts with a feeling of self pity or injured pride. We don’t like the negative frame of mind, but at the same time are we consciously trying to overcome it? The problem is that if the negative thoughts go round and round in our mind they can become powerful and we lose a sense of perspective. Just make a conscious decision to ignore the negative flow of thoughts and sentiments and be persistent in these attempts. We should feel a negative mindset is a choice. If we feel a victim to our own emotions and thoughts, nobody else will be able to help us. If we really value the importance of our own inner peace and happiness, we will aspire to cultivate this through good, uplifting thoughts. Next time you feel the onset of a depressed state of mind, replace it with positive goodies decide yourself whether you want to be happy or Miserable. The best antidote to negativity is simply to spend time doing positive, uplifting activities. By engaging in useful fun activities (such as listening to nerve soothing music or great speeches, doing yoga/mediation), we forget about the reasons for our negativity; this is often the most powerful way to overcome a depressed/negative state of mind.

u can get out of negative mindset by thinking positive about everything coming ur way..take the things in a decent and mature way to deal with so that u are not mentally disturbed by any chance, be patient with the situation and try to find the so lutions to the problems rather than getting worried for no reason, never tell lies if at all u need better tell the truth and be firm about ur v iews and ideas for the giv en situation, it will give u lot of peace and happiness in ur mind and u will always think positive about urself and about ur work

Its not very difficult to tell but first get ready for hardwork! We start from that and the others are as follows:
2. Tell frustrations that you refuse to be defeated and you are in the race to win! Remember, failure is never final.
3. Do not make excuses for yourself.
4. Do not lie to yourself.
5. Accept failure as failure of an event or action not your personal failure. You are a winner if you tried.
6. Continue being the winner by celebrating smaller succeses and being happy.

Stop back biting, do not indulge in gossiping, do not make promise when you are too happy or too intoxicated for you might not be able to keep your promise, B committed to whatsoever you do, Once promised never fail to keep unless you are dead, Keep away from ifs and nuts, 'Nos' are negative, so keep off them as far s possible, set your goal one at a time, Never get motivated by negative force.
