First things first, you are carrying a lot of unhealthy weight on your frame and it will not only hamper your looks, but also your health. all this weight will make your back and knees, wwhich bear it all, weaker. although you have a good hieght, this weight is extremely unhealthy. there is a technique called Body Mass Index or BMI which calculates your hieght weight co-relation. this ratio should be less than 25 for normal people. you can calculate it by dividing your hight in feet and inches by your weight in pounds. You weight in pound turns out to be 209.437 and your BMI comes out to be around 33 which is very very high. you must reduce atleast 25 kgs to come to a reasonable level. at your hieght, your weight should be around 62kgs. don't go on a crash diet, itll only make u feel weaker. rather, make chganges in your lifestyle. always eat to an extent that some amount of hunger still remains. eat a big breakfast and have alight lunch and dinner. absoolutely avoid fried and fatty food with high carb content. eat raw vegetables and fruits and juices. avoid sugar. wrk out. if you can't work out, go for long walks and do aerobics for about 45 minutes continuously ina day. follow this strict regime and you will lose weight. be patient, it won't happen ina day, but teh results will be fruitful
