Start reading newspaper loudly sitting in front of the mirror so that you can see your expressions. Talk to your self first. Ask your self questions. First you have to overcome the shy boy inside you only then you can switch over to others. Watch funny movies and serials as they bring smile on your face and make your mood light. This smile will stick to your face for quite longs time and help others feel better with you. Be the first one to say "Hello". Don't wait for any body.,.... Don't think too much. join some group.. may be yoga classes or music or anything which will allow you to interact with others.. try this and you will see the change in days...
