It is very easy for me to make a person younger to me to be comfortable with me. First of all welcome her with a hearty smile. Make her understand that no formality is needed, seat her comfortably, & start the talk with one or two personal qs, & i'll say something about me, the person will surely be comfortable with me then.

if you are elder then make the person comfortable by taking care of young one. if the person is very young or there is generation gap then try to behave like a friend, don't t y to impose your outlook on life on them.
they belong to the new generation and they have their own outlook.show them the right path but don't try to mould their thinking. talk about things that interest them and share your knowledge with them.

When we meet a person in first time or at any numberth of time We are supposed to she him /her as one of devin, because the same devinity with in us is vested with everybody and every creatures. If we have such a mind while meeting any person the devinity within him /her will works out and as we respects that devinity it will bless us and no other unwanted happenings there. The relationship will be with motherly LOVE..AND frutfull one.

Hi Mahek,
It's quite simple " dil par jao uskay soch par jao umra par mat jao " . Atleast I am of the opinion that some one is older or younger by heart not by age. Can't say what do you think about the same or whether you would be agreeing with my opinion or not but I am of / by the opinion.

I believe there is common philosophy that one should be respectable to his elders and lovable to his younger. This holds true and relevant in your case as it demands cool, calm and collected personality traits to interact with younger. One needs to be patient and affectionate in meeting him so that he should be comfortable in interacting with us. There should not be any signs of crudity, indecency, indiscipline in our attitudes or behaviour. Our first impression makes last and everlasting impression and often benchmarks our impression on others. So be good, do good and expect good from your noble and good deeds.

First of all I metamorphose myself in to his own age group. His feeling that he's meeting an elderly person will be removed.i'll talk in his own lingo. I may be a great fan of Kundan lal saigal, but i talk with him about the recent hits of Himesh Reshammiya.I'll try my best to melt the generation gap. I'll marvel at his faded jeans.I'll appreciate his spiky, punk hair cut.With things like this,I'll make him feel that he's talking with one of his friends not with an Octogenarian.

be warm to the person and dont b judgmental. strike a conversatin with him in safe subjects like what is he doing and what does he plan to do etc. be nice and intent while listening to him and advice him on how to improve himself. Be friendly and polite and sport a smile, that ll help him ease a lttle

u shold use loving words towards the person and make him /her comfortable with u.try to make him /her feel that they r not meeting u for the first time and u are the one with whom he/she is very much comfortable.
